Waterwatch

Waterwatch is a national, community-based network that engages communities in monitoring the health of waterways and catchments. Waterwatch builds the capacity of communities to monitor water quality and aquatic ecosystems. Each year, the network of over 130 Waterwatch coordinators involve around 50000 people nationally in ongoing monitoring programs to inform catchment management and monitor the impacts of on-ground actions. Waterwatch works through partnerships with government, community and industry.
